The Yongda mixer truck is engineered primarily for dry mixing (Dry Mixer) technology, yet it excels in wet mixing (Wet Mixer) applications as well.
It can achieve a zero slump and effectively mix both dry and wet aggregates with particle sizes of up to 75mm, ensuring high homogeneity and improved workability. The drum features a shallow tilt angle and a low center of gravity, contributing to a compact design that allows for a high fill rate and greater loading capacity while keeping the overall weight low. Rapid material loading and unloading are possible, with nearly zero residue left behind.
Additionally, the truck is equipped with a secondary mixing function for effective concrete repair. The drum’s lap joint structure enables partial replacement, which lowers maintenance costs and extends its lifespan. Why Our Products Lead The Way

Control System
Adopting three-point control, the driver’s cab and both sides of the tail are linked to achieve control of the mixing drum. The control is flexible and convenient, and labels with clear instructions are installed.

Hydraulic System
The hydraulic systems are supplied by domestic and international brands. Matching and efficiency on system stability for long service life. It is our practice to pursue excellent performance and meet different users’ needs to the greatest possible.

Water Supply System
According to the applicable working conditions, there are 300L or 450L water tanks that meet water requirements for mixing and drum cleaning. We used a thick water pipeline equipped with multiple water supply methods to maximize convenience for users with different habits. Set up pipelines for flushing the outer and inner sides of the tank, as well as the blades, and even configure water channels for users to wash their hands, fully considering their various usage requirements.

Humanity Design
The rear of the mixer is equipped with high-power working tail lights, not only meets the requirements of night-time construction but also ensures the safety of personnel and vehicles. The steps at all levels are stamped with thick patterned steel plates, which are anti slip, wear-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing.


unique Blade
The blades pressed into a streamlined curved surface achieve a unique“three-dimensional mixing “function, fully ensuring the uniformity and workability of the concrete, rapid feeding and discharging, and avoiding residual compaction of the concrete, achieving almost zero residual rates.

BLade Protection
The upper side of the blade is welded with wear-resistant diamond mesh, which is filled with initial concrete into the grid, naturally forming an isolation layer between the upper side of the blade and the concrete, avoiding concrete wear on the upper side of the blade during use.

LAP Joints
The drum components are jiggled for lap joints. The various sections of the drum, blades to the drum, and between blades, all adopt a lap joint structure. Effectively avoiding the risk of fractures or weld failures at the connection points. The design is also conducive to localized maintenance and replacement.

Anti Fracture Structure
The diagonal brace adopts a bolted assembly or overall welded structure, and an anti-fracture structure is added at the junction with the auxiliary longitudinal beam, resulting in a longer service life.

From initial material selection to final assembly and rigorous testing, each step is designed to optimize efficiency and maintain stringent quality standards.

STEP
01
Cutting And Forming
The drum and components are formed with large CNC plasma cutting machines, and CNC punching machines, which come with high accuracy, small errors and less thermal deformation, ensuring design accuracy and greatly improving production efficiency. The blades, feed hopper, discharge chute, extension chute, guide chute, etc. are pressed and formed using a CNC press to ensure accuracy and consistency. The streamlined design is aesthetically pleasing and greatly reduces concrete adhesion!
STEP
02
Welding
All cones of the mixer drum are welded by a splicing machine before rolling, with one side welded and two sides formed. Each cone is rolled and formed using a CNC hydraulic bending machine. The drum adopts a lap joint structure design and the guiding effect of the lap joint effectively ensures the co-axiality and circularity of the drum. The design of the lap-welded structures has higher strength, stiffness, and stronger shear resistance compared to butt-welded structures. The key parts are all welded using the submerged arc automatic welding method, ensuring the welding quality.

03
Painting
The drum and all steel structural components are shot blasted through a type shot blasting machine (16 sets of heads, 360 degrees), fully improving the adhesion of the paint on the surface of the workpiece. Spray painting adopts a continuous assembly line (60 meters long) for operation, dust-free throughout the entire process and adopts a baking process for treatment. The paint quality and rust prevention performance are industry-leading level. We are the only enterprise in the industry that adopts shot blasting and paint penetration assembly line operations.

04
Final Assembly
A reasonable layout on an assembly line with the process and strict quality control system provides guarantees for high-quality production operations and production capacity. The hydraulic system is assembled in a specially designed sealing environment; which has strict procedures to ensure its cleanliness. That ensures stable quality and reliability when used! The oil filling is strictly measured using a CNC refuelling machine to avoid problems caused by excessive or insufficient refuelling.
STEP
05
Detection
After each mixer truck is installed and taken offline, it must undergo about 2 hours of debugging to ensure that the drum rotates smoothly and reaches the set speed, and to ensure that all hydraulic components are free of oil leakage. During debugging, we make sure the radiator fan can automatically turn on when the oil temperature reaches the set level. After mixer truck debugging is completed, there are strong inspections such as side slip, lighting, braking system and reflective markings that are tested item by item on the inspection line to ensure the trucks meet reliability and safety quality.
